You have rigid body motion happening somewhere.  Apply a displacement and turn on Weak Springs.  Look at your deformed shape - it should be obvious where the load is not being transferred.

Agreeing with Mr. Kelly, you don’t have sufficient constraints, apparently.
Make sure to constrain the DOF in your model properly (or apply them based
on your problem specifications). You might want to have a look on the DOF
of your element type.

you can also do a modal analysis to see which parts are flying away, and then check the contacts again.
