Hello Dear Ansys Users,

I am currently dealing with creep issue on my model. I have a creep model which have been created according to "Modified Time Hardening". I use this creep data with "Isotropic elasticity(mks unit system)" and "Multilinear isotropic hardening(mks unit system)". But I have to change solver reference unit to NMM. If I want to perform analysis. Even when I changed. I dont have converge in simple geometry. I assume that issue is comming from reference units. I thought ansys is converting units by itself? Is there anyone who experienced this issue

Onur,

I had a similar convergence issue when I was using the electrostatic elements (TRANS126).  The fix was to change the solver units in the Analysis Settings, Analysis Data Management, Solver Units box.  That way you can view the results in one unit system, but force the solver to use a different unit system.
