Restart analysis after licence server time out

Dear experts,

A structural simulation running on ANSYS 2021 R1 stopped due to license server time out.
Is there a way to tell the program to "keep going from where you stopped: now the licence issue has been solved"?
All temporary files are available, but not those required for a usual restart (*.ldhi, *.drdb, *.r???)

Any hints?

Regards,

Carles Sagués Mitjana

Carles,

Did you get a chance to use the restart option.
However for that make sure *.RST for structural or *.RTH for thermal FEA file is created.

Unfortunately not
Only if you prepared the analysis for.a restart and at least 1 load step
(or substep) was already solved and written the results.

Check the help For the restart process
