Nonlinear stress-strain behavior in transversely orthotropic material

Dear All,

I request some light on modeling nonlinear transversely orthotropic material in Mechanical APDL (Classical ANSYS). We have successfully validated cases (Concrete columns wrapped with FRP confining material) using linear-elastic orthotropic behavior for outer wraps modeled with SHELL 181 elements.

Is here any way to model plasticity (non-linear stress strain curves) for transversely orthotropic material ? Any reference or direction of search would be greatly helpful.

Thanking you,

Regards

The Generalized Hill plasticity model would be worth reviewing.
