Exporting Systems to a New Project

ANSYS Workbench Users,

Oh my goodness, do not try this at work.
This morning, I decided that I'd like to take one analysis system from my project page and "export" it to a new project.
I remembered seeing an update mentioning this possibility in these later versions (using 2019R3).
So, when I right clicked on one system, I found that there was an "Export System(s)" option.
There are about 20 different analysis systems on this project page.
Yes, I went ahead without any caution!
Right before my eyes, each analysis system started to be deleted!
Hmm, I thought, "Oh no, did I push the wrong button?  This isn't what I expected".
Ahh, I thought, "Well, at least I have a backup" (we do those sorts of things, no I don't know the software being used).
Deciding that I better read the "Help" on this, I found that this deletion procedure wasn't mentioned in the "Exporting Systems to a New Project" section.
It would have been nice to have read something like:  "relax, don't have a panic attack, your systems aren't being deleted and they are in good capable hands".
After about 30 minutes (maybe a bit of an exaggeration) the system that I had originally chosen was the only one on the project page.
The project was saved, an archive was made, and "wow", my original project re-appeared!
So, the process had really worked as intended, after all.
However, I am giggling at the ridiculous way (and waste of time) that this was achieved!
Really, a single (or multiple) systems can't be exported from the project page in an easier way? (ouput was a *.wbpz file)
In this case, I should have exported the system directly from Mechanical? (output would be a *.mechdat file)
Go ahead, try this at work but be prepared to spend time elsewhere.

Regards,
Irene Slater

PS, I lost further time when I accidently opened the .wbpz in an older version - about 30 min. later the process stopped with a message about the older version.  Come on.

Dear Ms. Slater,
I have never dared to export systems outside the Mechanical environment. It's a little more tedious, but your nightmarish experience tells me my choice has been wise.

Thank you for sharing this story Irene.  I'm guessing you will have prevented any number of "panic attacks" by fellow XANSYS members.

A couple of sentences in the Workbench documentation about such program behavior would undoubtedly be beneficial.
