Using Mechanical Meshing 2023R2.  Previous versions had a 'Hard' option in the mesh sizing objects so the mesher would respect the number of elements specified.  The 'Hard' option is missing in 2023R2.  Does anyonw know the new method for specifying a fixed number of elements?

I found it.  Change the 'Capture Curvature' option to No, then the Behavior option appears.
