Before I reinvent the wheel, does anyone have a macro that will calculate
the center of pressure and component loads from a model that has complex
SURF154 pressure loading?

Take my word for it, the time you'll spend doping out and checking a gift macro and the oddball input will end up being more than you'd spend doing it yourself. Been there, done that. I've found that I'm the only person under the sun who knows how to compose a macro that makes sense.
