Folks,
I have a 3D shell model in Mechanical with various MPC bonded contact pairs. In DS.DAT, the elements are TARGE170 and CONTA175. In Mechanical Solution, I can extract Force and Moment reactions for the contact pairs using the "contact underlying element" extraction method. I would like to extract the same force and moment reactions in APDL for this model.
ESEL,S,TYPE,,MyContactElements !Select the CONTA175 contact elements
RSYS,MyCoordSys !Specify my coordinate system for summation
SPOINT,,0,-5.625,8.125 !Specify the moment summation point
FSUM,RSYS,CONT !Sum the force and moments
I get all zeroes though. Can anyone share some feedback on what I'm doing wrong?

Nelson's revisions to the script do get those underlying shells when ESLN is issued. I ran a quick test in APDL with the GUI to verify. And the results make sense on a simple test model. :-)
